• ORDINANCE — Zoning Ordinance amendment (White Oak Technology Park Area Overlay District and data center standards) On motion of Mr. Nelson, seconded by Mr. Cooper, and by unanimous vote, the Board deferred the zoning ordinance amendment recommended by the Planning Commission to the regular meeting on June 10, 2025, and further directed staff to draft and readvertise for public hearing an amended version of the ordinance to remove the proposed overlay district so that a provisional use permit is required for data centers throughout the County. · Carried 5-0 (unanimous) Official minutes (Henrico County, special meeting)
