First order of business, Ms. Pitches has notified the chair of the committee and deputy clerk of the board that she's using remote participation as she is caregiving for an individual with a disability.

[00:00:35] All right, the committee will now make a motion I'm gonna go into a closed meeting on March 5th, 2026 to discuss and consider candidates for appointment as community members of the Conference of Planning and Development Committee, pursuant to section 2.2-3711A1 of the Code of Virginia, and number two, consult with legal counsel regarding specific matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel pursuant to section 2.2-3711A7 and section 2.2-3711A8 of the Code of Virginia, specifically personnel matters.
