Been a motion made by Ms. Rountree seconded by Mr. Cooper those in favor [00:10:15] Say aye. Aye. Any post? Motion carries. Mr. Mayor. Mr. Chair, members of the board, I have no comments this evening. Thank you, sir. Any comments to my left from my colleagues? Any to my right? Thank you, sir. I do not see any news media here with us this evening. I will say, again, for those dialed in right now, there was a plethora of news media here this morning. And if you are dialed in today, or if you see this later, thank you for not only your coverage this morning, but if you're dialed in now, thank you all very much. Mr. Mayor. [00:10:46] Mr. Chair, we would move into appointments, resignations. The first is agenda item 50-25, regrettably a resolution for the resignation that would accept resignation of Eldon Todd-Yor from the Greater Richmond Transit Company Board of Directors due to his retirement. [00:11:06] Mr. Chair. Thank you, sir. Is there a motion on the resolution? Motion made by Mr. Nelson, seconded by Mr. Cooper. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Resolution sadly carries. Next, Mr. Chair, 51-25 is a resolution nomination and appointment of Henrico Director to the GRTC Board of Directors. [00:11:27] This board paper would appoint our Director of Public Works, Terrell Hughes, to that body. Thank you, sir. Is there a motion on this resolution? So moved. Then a motion made by Mr. Rogas, seconded by Mr. Cooper. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Resolution carries. Next, 52-25 is a resolution for appointment of member, in this case, to the Historic Preservation Advisory Committee, this board paper would appoint Robert G. Netherland III for the Brooklyn District to that body for a three-year term that would expire December 31st, 2027. [00:12:00] Mr. Chair. Thank you, sir. I will move that resolution. Second. Seconded by Mr. Rogus. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Resolution carries. Mr. Manager. Mr. Chair, I'm going to ask Mr. Emerson to come forward as we move to the public hearings, rezoning cases, and provisional use permit. [00:12:16] You have a number of deferrals as we begin this portion of the agenda. The first item has been before the board multiple times from the 3CHOP District 115-22 Markel Eagle with a conditional rezoning request off of Pouncey Track Road, in which case a single-family residential development is proposed. [00:12:40] Mr. Emerson, the deferral is requested to May the 13th. Is that correct? Yes, sir. That is correct. Mr. Chair? Thank you, sir. Ms. Roundtree. Five meeting at the request of the applicant. [00:12:59] Second. There's a motion made and a second. This is a public hearing. Is there anyone in the room that wishes to speak to this deferral? Anyone on WebEx? I want to speak to this item. Thank you very much. It's been properly moved and seconded by Ms. Roundtree and then seconded by Mr. Rogas. [00:13:17] Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Mr. Manager. Next, Mr. Chair. 341-24 is a request to amend proffers. There's a companion case, 342-24, that would request a provisional use permit under Chapter 24 of the Code. [00:13:37] Mr. Emerson, again, both of these items are request for deferral to March the 11th? Yes, sir, that is correct. Thank you, sir. This is also a public hearing. Joe, can I handle both these? Or are they individual motions, right? [00:13:53] Normally individual motions, but you could combine them if you choose. I don't think there's any prohibition to that. All right. Ms. Newby? Yes, there's two items, correct? You could call for hearing on both simultaneously, and then I would make a motion on each, frankly. [00:14:08] Okay. Thank you, sir. Is there anyone in the room that wishes to speak to either the rezoning case or the PUP deferral request? Anyone on Webex to speak to this case or the PUP? Yes, I want to speak to this item. All right. Thank you. [00:14:24] I'll move that REZ 2024-101-247-Pandev-LC be deferred to the March 11th meeting at the request of the applicant. Second. Seconded by Mr. Rogus. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed. [00:14:41] And then also, since there was no comment, nobody here to comment, I'll also move that the PUP 2024-101-250-Pandev-LC be also deferred to the March 11th, 2025 meeting, also at the request of the applicant. Second. Seconded by Ms. Roundtree. [00:14:56] those in favor say aye. Aye. Any post? Motion carries. Mr. Mayor. Next, Mr. Chair, 340-24 out of the Verona District, Portuguese Property, LLC, in which a conditional rezoning is put forward, in which the applicant proposes flex office and warehouse uses. Mr. Emerson, we have a deferral request to the April 8th meeting. Is that correct? Yes, sir. That is correct. Mr. Chair. Thank you, sir. Is there anyone in the room that wishes to speak to this rezoning case? Anyone on WebEx? [00:15:25] There's no one to speak to this item. Thank you, ma'am. Mr. Nelson. Chair, I move that RAZ 2024-101-707 Portuguese Property LLC be deferred to the April 8th, 2025 meeting at the request of the application. Motion made by Mr. Nelson. Is there a second? [00:15:41] Second. Seconded by Mr. Cooper. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Mr. Smith. Mr. Chair, 346-24 out of the Fairfield District Aim Transportation LLC with a conditional rezoning request, in which case the applicant is proposing a truck rental and maintenance facility. [00:15:58] Mr. Emerson, I understand there's a deferral on this item as well? Yes, sir. I believe Reverend Cooper is intending to, for this one, to allow further discussion on the application. Thank you, Mr. Emerson. Is there any more, any comments from my colleagues? Seeing none, is there anyone in the room that wishes to speak to this case? [00:16:18] Anyone on WebEx? There's no one to speak to this item. Thank you, ma'am. Mr. Cooper. Mr. Chairman, I move that REZ-2024-102032. AIM Transportation LLC be deferred to the March 11th, 2025 meeting at the request of the board. [00:16:36] Motion made by Mr. Cooper, seconded by Ms. Roundtree. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Mr. Merchant. Next, Mr. Chair, 53-25 out of the Fairfield District, the Kittrell Company with a conditional rezoning request, in which case the applicant proposes a single-family development. [00:16:56] The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Board of Supervisors grant this request. Mr. Emerson. Yes, sir, Mr. Manager. This is a request to conditionally rezone 8.4 acres. The property is located on the south line of Hilliard Road, and it is being requested to be rezoned to R4C1 Family Residence District to develop 18 single-family homes. [00:17:20] Of course, it is surrounded by the Belmont Golf Course on the south side of Hilliard. The existing home labeled Lot 1 on this conceptual plan in front of you would remain, and a road would be constructed to its east to access 17 new homes towards the south. [00:17:39] The lots would be located outside the resource protection area and floodplain areas associated with Upland Brook to the south and east of the property. The applicant has proffered or rezone portions of the property that include a 100-year floodplain to C1 prior to the subdivision recordation. [00:17:56] And, of course, it occurs in that sequence to allow the engineering to be done in order to ascertain exact measurements of that feature. The eastern entrance to the existing home from Hilliard Road would be removed, and the rest of the frontage would have a 25-foot wide landscaped area, in addition to right-of-way dedication and a sidewalk. [00:18:18] Five-foot sidewalks would also be provided along one side of the interior road. Other proffers include elevations, with at least 75% of the homes having garages. All homes would be a minimum 1,600 square feet. [00:18:35] As was seen on the concept plan, two areas are marked reserved. These areas are not planned for development at any time. The applicant has or will approach the adjacent property owners to see if they are interested in purchasing, and if not, they will be incorporated into the proposed lots 6 and 7. [00:18:56] The larger area may also become part of the property to the north. If no transfer occurs, these will become common open space. These will be resolved during the subdivision process. The 2026 comprehensive plan recommends SR2 with a recommended density not to exceed 3.4 units per acre and EPA. [00:19:17] Proposed use and density of 2.14 units per acre would be consistent with the plan. Planning Commission recommended approval of this request at the January 9th, 2025 public hearing. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to try and answer them. [00:19:33] Thank you, sir. Any questions for Mr. Emerson? Mr. Emerson, so currently the property is on R2, correct? That's correct, yes, sir. So they're requesting to rezone it to R4. Yes, sir. Can you briefly describe the differentiation between the two? Well, they're both residential uses. The R4 lot size is slightly smaller than the R2 lot size, but it is consistent. [00:19:55] with the adjacent residential zoning in the area, with R5 existing to the east of the property, and then R4 existing to the west and, I believe, to the south of the property. So basically, the way it's zoned currently, residential properties could be built on that space? [00:20:15] Yes, sir, they could. I believe the difference would probably be less than five lots difference. Do you feel, based upon the elevations and the usage, that this is a good development? Yes, sir, I do. I think it's a nice proposal. I think it's a good use of the property. [00:20:31] You mentioned the minimum square footage. Do you have the maximum square footage? No, sir, there's not a maximum. Today I received a copy of a letter from residents on Club Road. Are you in receipt of that letter? Yes, sir, I am. And so you're aware of what they're asking in regards to efforts to preserve the current unobstructed view for the property with the Evergreens? [00:20:54] Yes, sir. They're asking for some additional plannings right along where I'm showing my cursor. I can't bring up their email. Of course, we received it late today. And as you know, when you came to my office, my computer was refusing to connect to the network. But I do believe we can work with Rec and Parks, First T. [00:21:17] And, of course, the county owns part of this property. There's a right-of-way here. But Rec and Parks, I believe we are still in ownership of the course. We just have an agreement with First Tee to operate. So I think the request for additional landscaping, we can work through the process. [00:21:34] And during the landscaping plan that's required through the subdivision process, we'll be able to work with the applicant and achieve some additional landscaping for the neighborhood, whether it comes on our part through Rec and Parks and First T or a combination of the applicant and the county working together. [00:21:52] Ms. Manger, are you willing to help me with that? Absolutely, Mr. Cooper. So this is multiple opportunities that you have, whether it's on, and I think the line runs right behind the subdivision, as I recall. Yes, sir, it does. So, yes, we have some flexibility. [00:22:08] We also have a relationship with Capitol Trees. So, absolutely, this would be, this is, Mr. Yobb has quite a few efforts underway for the spring. Hopefully, we can tie it into the plan of development process, and when you bring the landscaping, we can absolutely, yes, sir. [00:22:29] Mr. Chairman, I move that we file a recommendation of the Planning Commission. Approve REZ-2024-102498, the control company, with the proffers dated January 7, 2025. Thank you, sir. It's been a motion made by Mr. Cooper. This is a public hearing. [00:22:45] Anybody in the room wish to speak to this case? Anybody on WebEx? Yes, I have one individual, Mr. Andrew Hall. All right, thank you, ma'am. Go ahead. Hi, I can no longer hear you, so hopefully you can hear me. [00:23:05] I'm a long-time resident on Club Road, and I'm not opposed to development on Hilliard, but I know that when the lakeside landing apartment complex was built several years ago on Brook, the noise level from Brook Road became significantly louder on our street with the lack of pre-cover blocking the noise. [00:23:25] Additionally, there's quite a bit of light coming through from the lakeside landing complex. Obviously, we can't do anything about that anymore. I don't suspect a residential development will have a lot of light, but just a concern about the noise coming from Brook Road, any environmental concerns building a development that close right next to Upham Brook, which has been under watch from the water quality groups in the LWCD and Friends of Offenbrook for several years. [00:23:58] So we want to ensure that studies would be done as far as environmental impact. I know that's normally protocol, but yeah, just knowing that that's normally been a very heavily wooded area and we appreciate having that buffer there from both light on Brook Road and noise from Brook Road. [00:24:14] And we're just concerned that removing that vegetation and putting in a large housing development is going to just alter that over on our side of the street. Thank you, sir. Anybody else on WebEx, ma'am? [00:24:30] There's no one else to speak on WebEx. All right, thank you. Any additional comments? Joe, do you think this will help a little bit on that side? I think it will, yes, sir. And certainly, as we work through the process, we'll continue to work with the citizens and anybody that has a concern and can contact us, and we'll sit down with them and see what we can do to address their concerns. [00:24:52] Thank you. I'm good. Just a suggestion that we get this gentleman's... Any other comments? All right, there's been a motion by Mr. Cooper. [00:25:09] Is there a second? Second. Seconded by Mr. Rogish. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Mr. Manager. Thanks, Mr. Chair. 54-25 out of the Tuckahoe District is DRC Properties, LLC, with a conditional rezoning request. [00:25:26] Property is located on the south line of Cuyahawkson Road near its intersection with Pemberton Road, and here the applicant is proposing a drive-through restaurant and other retail. planning commission voted to recommend that the board grant this request mr emerson yes sir mr manager mr chair members of the board uh this request is to rezone 1.79 acres from b2c and b1c to b2c business to allow a restaurant with a drive-through on the south line of cuyakason adjacent to the dmv this is a former jiffy lube i believe the property was last rezoned in 2001 for [00:26:02] commercial retail only an oil change building was constructed and the remaining retail never did never did quite materialize the applicant would like to convert and slightly enlarge from 1840 square feet to 2564 square feet including outdoor seating the former jiffy loop for general retail and add a second tenant comprising of 2645 square feet and a drive-through for duncan and baskin robbins the aggregate square footage would become 5 209 square feet [00:26:41] which would require 53 parking spaces and they're providing 54. parking as well as the improvements would be expanded to the east of the site so there would be no further encroachment to the south toward farmington's residential areas other surrounding uses include several offices including the dmv a veterinarian practice pemberton elementary school quackson middle school are located to the northwest vacant retail office acreage in the farmington residential neighborhood to the south we do have a proffer building elevation and you see it on the screen in front [00:27:20] of you other proffers address uses although the property would be up zone the only b2 use would be the restaurant with the drive-through hours of operation would be from 6 a.m to 10 p.m speakers would not be audible beyond 100 feet from the source. Site improvements would include a 30-foot landscape buffer area along Quackson Road planted to a transitional buffer 25, and the existing 15-foot landscape strip along the western property line would remain. A TB10 will be required by the code along the southern boundary. It already meets this criteria with the existing vegetation and more than 100 feet of open space. [00:28:00] The plan is consistent with the 2026 comprehensive plan. Staff considers this a very nice redevelopment project at this location. Planning Commission recommended approval at its meeting on January 9th. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to try and answer them. [00:28:16] Thank you, sir. Any questions for Joe? Mr. Chair, just one. Mr. Emerson, I presume on the western side, we did not hear from the DMV, I presume. Did we hear from any other folks on the east side? We heard from Mr. Alexander. [00:28:33] And they were supportive of this? He is supportive, and he sent an email in stating that. Thank you to Mr. Alexander. That's the only question I had. Thank you. Thank you, sir. Is there anyone in the room that wishes to speak to this public hearing? Anyone on WebEx? [00:28:49] Does not want to speak to this item. Seeing none, Mr. Rogish. Mr. Chairman, I move that we follow the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve REZ 2024-1023-03, DRC Properties, LLC, with the proffers dated January 14, 2025. [00:29:05] Second. It's been a motion made by Mr. Rogge, seconded by Ms. Rountree. All those in favor, say aye. Aye. Any opposed. Motion carries, Mr. Mayor. Next, Mr. Chair and members of the board, we move into a portion of the agenda, public hearing other items. The next three items come to you from your annual retreat, creation of a new category new zoning category r5b that is intended to be another effort towards affordable housing with smaller lots mr emerson you led the board through a work session several [00:29:44] weeks ago so i'm just going to touch on just a summary of all three 55-25 is a resolution it's a comp plan amendment or design guidelines for these small lot family residential developments 56-25 is an ordinance that would amend and reordain a number of sections of section 24 of the county code all to create that R5B general residence district. [00:30:13] And then 57-25, Mr. Chair, basically creates some new street layout standards for this new zoning category. So, Mr. Emerson, I think the board saw a lot of this last week, Mr. Chair. to you as to how you wish to proceed one you've got three separate items three separate votes mr emerson anything you wish to add to uh what i've added uh no sir mr manager you you pretty well covered it we have three separate code amendments it's very simple an effort to add [00:30:48] an additional tool to assist in uh in housing in the county yeah we have covered this in depth mr manager thank you for the reminder and joe thank you for uh for the work getting this to here. I would say this, if my colleagues agree, if there are any questions for Joe, let's take them now, and then let's take three separate motions on the public hearings, one by one. [00:31:07] Is that correct, Ms. Newman? Mr. Chair, the only thing I would add is to hold a public hearing on all three. Gotcha. Yep. Any questions for Joe before we check with the public? Seeing none, is anyone in the room that wishes to speak to these three cases, the resolution, the ordinance, or the last ordinance? Anyone on WebEx wish to speak to these items? I want to speak to these items. All right. Thank you, ma'am. At this time, seeing no comments in public hearing and no questions for Joe, I'll accept a resolution on 55-25. Second. Motion made by Mr. Cooper, [00:31:43] seconded by Ms. Roundtree. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? 55-25 passes. Is there a motion for 56-25? So moved. Second. Motion made by Ms. Roundtree, seconded by Mr. Rogish. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Ordinance passes and is there a motion on the ordinance 57-25? [00:32:02] So moved. Second. Motion to be had Mr. Rogus, seconded by Mr. Nelson. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed. Motion carries. Mr. Moves. Mr. Chair, members of the board, you are still in public hearing other items. Mr. Yob is going to cover the next four items for us. [00:32:18] 58-25 is a resolution for signatory authority, abandonment, and quit claim of right-of-way. This is in the Fairfield District. 59-25 is a resolution for signatory authority, a quit claim of a portion of a utility easement in the Verona District. [00:32:34] 60-25, an ordinance for vacation of Subdivision Platt. This is, again, is in the Verona District. 61-25, a resolution for signatory authority for a quick claim deed in the Verona District. The last two, obviously, Mr. Yabba related. [00:32:51] Mr. Chair? Thank you, sir. Any questions? Let's take the Fairfield one. Any questions for Mr. Yabba on the Fairfield case, Resolution 5825? All right. Seeing none, this is a public hearing. Anyone in the room wish to speak to this resolution? [00:33:07] Anyone on Webex? There's no one to speak to this item. All right. Thank you, ma'am. Mr. Cooper. Motion made by Mr. Cooper, seconded by Mr. Nelson. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? All right. Motion carries. The following three are all in the Verona District. [00:33:25] Is there anyone in the room for the public hearing that wishes to speak to the Resolution 5925, the Ordinance 6025, or Resolution 6125? Seeing none. Anyone on Webex? There's no one to speak to this item. All right. [00:33:40] Thank you. Thank you, ma'am. Mr. Nelson? So move 59-25. A motion made by Mr. Nelson. Seconded by Mr. Cooper for 59-25. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? All right. Motion carries, Mr. Nelson. So move 60-25. Second. [00:33:56] Motion made by Mr. Nelson. Seconded by Mr. Rogish on ordinance 60-25. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Ordinance carries, Mr. Nelson. So move 61-25. Second. Motion made by Mr. Nelson. Seconded by Mr. Rogish for 61-25. Those in favor say aye. Aye. [00:34:11] Any opposed? Resolution carries, Mr. Manager. Mr. Chair, seeing no one in the room for public comments, is there anyone on Webex that wishes to address the board this evening? There's no one to speak on Webex. Then, Mr. Chair, we would move into the general agenda. I know our budget director is online, but I am going to try to cover the budget amendments that were introduced. [00:34:33] This is a receipt of requests for amendments to the annual fiscal plan for February of 2025. Again, this is an introduction. Your public hearing would be in two weeks. The lion's share of amendments fall within the public works category. [00:34:49] A lot of CBTA revenues that are being proposed for public works. And Mr. Hughes, you have significant capital within. Runnymede has an allocation for a community farm at Runnymede. [00:35:12] You have, going back to public works, state and federal grants total $66.4 million. That is unusual, but this is a once-in-a-year appropriation. Again, Mr. Nelson, you being on CVTA, we're seeing that and other state match opportunities for a number of road projects throughout the county. [00:35:34] Mr. Chair, are there any questions for me or Mr. Crawford on the amendments being introduced? Thank you, sir. Any questions for the manager or Justin on these items? Justin's here. He's online. He's on my back, sir. I wouldn't mess with him if he was here. [00:35:51] You can still mess with him. He's just here through his laptop. not as fun if he's not here. All right. Well, seeing no questions, and this is not a public hearing, I will ask for a motion on the introduction of the resolution. Motion made by Mr. Nelson, seconded by Ms. Roundtree. Those in favor of that? Aye. Any opposed? Introduction of the resolution carries. Mr. Yab. 63-25 is a resolution for award of contract. These are sewer and water line improvements in the Verona District? That is correct, Mr. Chairman, Mr. Manager, members of the board, this paper would award a contract to RDS Utilities Incorporated for a fixed [00:36:27] price of $1,854,804 for construction of 8-inch gravity sewer and 12-inch water line. This would allow us to connect 15 additional customers to water and 22 customers to sewer. As you can see, we received half a dozen bids for this project and pretty competitive. So with that, I'll answer any questions that you may have. [00:36:52] Thank you, sir. Any questions for Mr. Yop? Seeing none. Mr. Nelson? Second. Motion made by Mr. Nelson. Seconded by Mr. Cooper. Those in favor, say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Resolution carries, Mr. Matt. [00:37:08] Mr. Chair, 64-25 is also a resolution for award of contract, in this case for the Wilder Middle School Stream Restoration Project, which is in the Fairfield District. Mr. Yop. Thank you again, sir. This board paper would award a unit price contract of $665,147 to take KBS Earthworks for construction of this stream restoration project. [00:37:30] The project would improve 710 lineal feet of stream. We had three bids for the project, a pretty good result there with KBS. KBS is a known commodity. They completed the Nine Mile Road stream restoration project and did excellent work. [00:37:46] In closing, I would add that with this project, we will about be 5% complete with our pollution removal on phosphorus and 87 on nitrogen, which is great, as we're only to the 10th of 15 years under those permits. [00:38:03] So, thank you for your support. Thank you, sir. Any questions for Mr. Yob on this item? Seeing none, Mr. Cooper. So move, Resolution 64-25 be approved. Second. Motion made by Mr. Cooper, seconded by Mr. Nelson. [00:38:18] Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries, Mr. Manager. Next, Mr. Chair, 65-25 is a resolution for acceptance of roads in the Tuckahoe District. Mr. Yob. Yes, sir. This would accept two roads in the Tuckahoe District, one being Donald Street. Donald Street was formerly a gravel road. [00:38:34] We have improved that road and made it an acceptable right-of-way. That's north of Monument, and the second one is about 6.64 miles of Forest Avenue, formerly a private road between Broad Street, Broad Horse Pen. [00:38:50] So we're happy to see both of those roads come under our system. I'll answer any questions that you may have. Thank you, sir. Any questions for Mr. Yaw? Seeing none, Mr. Rogers. I want some of the resolution. Second. Motion made by Mr. Roegers, seconded by Ms. Roundtree. [00:39:05] Those in favor say aye. Aye. Any vote. Resolution carries. Mr. Manager, are we going to do this? Well, should we wait until the storm passes? I mean, we're going to come out of a local emergency. Is that right? This is stemming from the water crisis still? [00:39:22] Yes, sir. And I think Mr. Newby is going to cover 66-25. Mr. Newby, you're up. That's correct. Mr. Chair, members of the board, you've said it all. This ends the local emergency declared by the county manager on January 7th. recognition of the effects of winter storm. Thank you, sir. Any comments from my colleagues on this? [00:39:40] I would just add that declaration of emergency allows the county to be flexible, right, with regard to serving our residents, and certainly that's what it was used for. We heard today the report come out, and we also heard of the heroic efforts by staff and DPU and police, fire, members of this board who are out in the evening with the manager at those locations, and it just, it speaks to the effort that this county put forth. So I'd like to once again, as we did this morning thank those folks for for their incredible effort as we um i think this motion will be easy to get is there a motion to uh accept the resolution been a motion made by ms roundtree [00:40:19] seconded by mr nelson those in favor say aye aye any post motion carries mr manager no other business this evening mr chair any final comments from my colleagues yeah i do um sir question for mr yob i'm sorry um i just want to go on record uh can you just talk about that stony run heights Is that the piece with the solar panels? [00:40:43] Yes, sir. Yeah, just say that on record. Yeah, Reverend Nelson, that was voted on about a year ago. So in April of 2024, we executed a lease agreement with Dominion Virginia Power to put solar panels on our closed landfill. The board action tonight was because there was a 1940 subdivision on that landfill. [00:41:03] And to clean up the title, we had to quit claim to that subdivision and do the vacation. But Dominion is in the engineering end of things right now. They're working on that. They're drilling soil borings and so forth. But ultimately, they will have 4,700 solar panels on that site on 16 acres, produce 2 megawatts of electricity from essentially a site that all we do is mow the grass. [00:41:28] And this will take that responsibility from us, give it to Dominion, and allow us to produce electricity from a brownfield site. Very happy about that, sir. That's a good thing. Yes, sir. just want to make sure that we didn't miss it i missed it when we yes sir yes sir thank you thank you sir any other comments from our colleagues and as we close i want to once again thank members of our public safety team from the sheriff's department sheriff please thank your entire crew for hanging out with us tonight um our hpd friends joe thank you our planning staff steve thank you for all the staff that we sent home that we know you would have [00:42:06] stayed if we didn't make it so thank you all very much everybody be careful going home thank you ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Coraggio Consulting ยท aguyonx.com
