I call to order this Monday, May 8th, 2023, special school board meeting of the Loudoun County School Board. We will begin with item 102, remote participation. I have been notified that Denise Corbo would like to remotely participate in tonight's school board meeting. [00:01:55] Ms. Corbo, could you please state your location, whether you're alone or if anyone is with you, and whether this is a medical or personal matter? Thank you. I'm home. I'm alone. Under policy 2420, asking for remote meeting participation due to an ongoing disability in medical condition is also recommended by LCPSHRTD under ADA disability law. [00:02:19] At this time, I will entertain a motion that Ms. Corbeau's request to participate remotely for health or medical reasons be granted. No board member present is going to make that motion tonight. [00:02:41] With that, we will move to item two on our agenda, the closed session. Is there a motion? Mr. Mahedmi. - Thank you, Chair.
