I have a motion by Vice Chair Streffi. Do I have a second? Okay, I have a second by Ms. Chernoff. The motion has been properly moved and seconded, and at this time we will, oh is there any discussion? No discussion. At this time we will take, oh yes ma'am. I apologize Madam Chair. I don't have discussion as to this motion. I was wondering if Ms. LaBelle is joining us, and if so, if we need to vote on remote participation prior to going into the closed session miss labelle is not going to be participating um today tonight we did make [00:03:39] provisions for her to get her voice out um with our facilitator as well as with the attorney and um so she will also be contacted afterwards sorry okay um if there's no more discussion if we can take an electronic vote clerk please open the vote board members please record your vote. [04:15:03] Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Loudoun County School Board hereby certifies that, to the best of each member's knowledge, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia law were discussed in the closed meeting to which this certification applies, and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard, discussed, or considered by the Loudoun County School Board.
