I move that the Loudoun County School Board recess this public meeting and enter into a closed meeting pursuant to 2.2-3712 of the Code of Virginia for the following discussion and consideration of the annual goal setting, i.e. performance and perspective evaluation of the superintendent, as authorized by Virginia Code 2.2-3711A1. Seeing none, we'll go ahead and take a vote. board members oh clerk please open the vote board members can't please uh record your vote clerk please close and display the vote and that motion passes unanimously vice chair streffi do you have a motion to certify the closed meeting yes madam chair i move that the following resolution [03:08:46] certifying the closed meeting be adopted and reflected in the minutes of this public meeting whereas the loudon county school board has reek has convened a closed meeting on this date pursuant to an affirmative recorded vote and in accordance with the provisions of the virginia free of Information Act, and whereas 2.2-3712D of the Code of Virginia requires a certification by the school board that such closed meeting was conducted in conformity with Virginia law, now therefore be it resolved that the Loudoun County School Board hereby certifies that, to the best of each member's knowledge, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia law were discussed in the closed meeting to [03:09:23] which this certification applies, and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard, discussed, or considered by the Loudoun County School Board.
