This meeting is to hear one or more student discipline appeals. My name is Carrie LaBelle and I'm chairing this meeting and with me are Dr. Linda Deans and Dr. Samara Rashid. [00:02:41] 2.2-3712D of the Code of Virginia requires a certification by this committee of the school board that such closed meeting was conducted in conformity with Virginia law. Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Student Behavior and Accountability Committee of the Loudoun County School Board hereby certifies that, to the best of each member's knowledge, one, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia law were discussed in the executive meeting to which this certification applies and two only such public business matters that were [00:03:19] identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard discussed or considered by the Student Behavior and Accountability Committee of the Loudoun County School Board. The student would be reassigned in accordance with the hearing officer's February 11, 2025 [00:05:17] decision until June 2025, provided the student meets the conditions for readmittance set forth in the hearing officer's decision he would be readmitted to an LCPS school other than the school he attended in fall of 2024 further this committee requests his current IEP team be reconvened to consider appropriate behavioral strategies to address his behavior [00:05:57] Is there a second for that motion second Thank You dr.
