[00:00:15] This meeting is to hear one or more student discipline appeals. Obviously my name is Ms. Carrie LaBelle and with me are Dr. Linda Deans and Dr. Samara Rashid. I'd now like to call for a motion to move into closed session. So moved.

[00:00:34] Second. motion has been moved and seconded all in favor say aye aye aye anyone again say nay hearing nothing we will proceed the committee approves this motion to move into closed session by a vote of three to zero i move that the closed meeting be adjourned that the student behavior and accountability committee of the lawton county school board reconvene its public meeting and that the minutes of the public meeting reflect that no formal action was taken in the closed

[00:02:44] recorded vote and in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and whereas Section 2.2-3712-D of the Code of Virginia requires a certification by this committee of the school board that such closed meeting was conducted in conformity with Virginia law, now therefore be it resolved that the Student Behavior and Accountability Committee of the Loudoun County School Board hereby certifies that to the best of each
