I move that the Loudoun County School Board recess this public meeting and enter into a closed meeting pursuant to section 2.2-3712 of the Code of Virginia for the following purpose: discussion or consideration of matters that would involve the disclosure of information contained in a scholastic record concerning a student namely parent requests for an LCPS student to attend a school outside of their assigned attendance zone, which is authorized by section 2.2-3711.82 of the Code of

[00:02:15] Yes, thank you, Madam Chair. I move that the following resolution certifying the closed meeting be adopted and reflected in the minutes of this public meeting. Resolution number 33-24-25, whereas the Loudoun County School Board has convened a closed meeting on this date pursuant to an affirmative recorded vote and in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and whereas section 2.2-3712 sub-D of the Code of Virginia requires a certification by the school board that such closed meeting was conducted in conformity with Virginia law.

[00:02:44] Now therefore be it resolved that the Loudoun County School Board hereby certifies that to the best of each member's knowledge only one, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia law were discussed in the closed meeting to which the certification applies and two, only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard discussed or considered by the Loudoun County School Board second thank you the motion has been properly moved and seconded all those in favor please say aye aye aye
