[00:05:42] Second? I second. Thank you, Dr. Deans. those in favor of the motion say aye aye any opposed nay hearing nothing the motion passes so that would take care of policy 8225 any other questions do we need to do a base motion I don't think you need a base motion but the next step [00:06:18] would be to send this to the board as an information item is there a motion to send this to the full board for an information item yes chair I'd like to make a motion to send this policy to the full board as an information item policy 8225 I second thank you dr. deans all in favor of sending this motion forward to the full board say aye aye aye any opposed hearing no opposition this motion passes and will be sent forward to the full board for [00:06:54] consideration at our august meeting is that when it gets there oh my goodness okay at our august meeting thank you all all right now information items anything new business i have some new business it's very quick our young men who came and did a safety presentation for us and promised us all the full data because they did not have it all at that time will be here on july 7th [00:07:31] following our Title IX meeting which we will have in closed and they would like to make sure that we ask all our board members to come and be here when they give us all the rest of it so that is a new item and I'd like you to go ahead and spread it around and be here if you can because we have to be here for SBAC anyway my concern is the full board is off and so let the boys know that it is not an indication that their topic is [00:08:11] not valid when the full board does not show up because everybody is waiting for July 1 I understand and I explained that to the board and they said they still wanted to extend everybody an invitation so I said I would you have a question yeah about that is that from Woodgrove yes okay so in the last meeting we had I I think it's I think it was that considered a closed session yes okay so since that was considered a closed session for this new one I although I won't be there will it be considered a closed session again yes it will okay [00:08:46] what we'll be doing is we'll be going through the title 9 appeal I believe it's title 9 isn't it again the title 9 appeal we'll get to the part where we send everybody out and we'll do our discussion but before we have them come back in and close the title 9 at that point we will also bring in the boys and they will do their presentation while we're still under closed so we don't have to go in and out twice right um thank you chair but miss Scanlon it would it would be really helpful to have legal there at the next one because in [00:09:22] retrospect I think we should have had legal counsel when we had Woodgrove come out here the first time so for this one even though I won't be there I do recommend that you have legal all the rest is up to you yes so we will have a Division counsel here for the student disciplinary appeal and we will let them know that we would like for them to stay for the presentation as well okay having gone through everything [00:09:57] on our agenda is there a motion to adjourn motion to adjourn the meeting for SBAC chair I second the motion has been made and seconded all in favor say aye aye the meeting is adjourned at 4:20 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Coraggio Consulting ยท aguyonx.com
