Samara Rashid I'll go ahead and make the motion I move that the Loudoun County I move that the Loudoun County School Board recesses public meeting and enter a closed meeting pursuant to section 2.2 - 3 7 1 2 the code of Virginia for the following purpose discussion or consideration of performance or [00:00:40] disciplining of specific public employees as authorized by section 2.2 - 3 7 1 1 a 1 of the code of Virginia as well as discussion of plants to protect public safety as it relates to vulnerabilities and briefings by staff members concerning actions taken to respond to such matters of or a related threat to public safety or discussion of reports or plans related to the security of any governmental facility building or structure or the safety of persons using such facility building or structure as authorized by section two [00:01:17] point two dash three seven one one a nineteen of the code of Virginia do I have a second I have a second by miss Chandler it's been properly moved and seconded any discussion we'll go ahead and vote all in favor say aye and that passes that motion passes unanimously the board is now in closed the board is now coming out of closed I'll make the motion I move that the closed meeting be adjourned that the Loudoun County School Board reconvene its public meeting and [00:01:56] that the minutes of the public meeting reflect that no formal action was taken in the closed meeting do I have a second second I have a second by dr.
