Chandler the motion has been properly seconded all in favor please say aye aye aye opposed hearing no opposition we are now in closed session having [00:01:16] completed all our business is there a motion to adjourn the closed meeting yes madam chair I move that the closed meeting be adjourned that the Loudoun County School Board reconvene its public meeting and that the minutes of the public meeting reflect that no formal action was taken in the the closed meeting a second second Thank You Ms. Chandler there has been a motion made to close the meeting adjourn the closed meeting I'm sorry and it has been properly seconded all those in favor say aye aye opposed no opposition we will now adjourn the closed meeting is there a motion to certify the closed [00:01:55] meeting yes madam chair Thank You Mr. Pepper I move that the following resolutions certifying the closed meeting be adopted and reflected in the minutes of this public meeting resolution number 30-25/26 whereas the Loudoun County School Board has convened a closed meeting on this date pursuant to an affirmative recorded vote and in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and where section 2.2-3712d of the Code of Virginia requires a certification by the school board that such closed meeting was conducted in conformity with Virginia law now therefore it be be it [00:02:31] Resolved that the Loudoun County School Board hereby certifies that, to the best of each member's knowledge, one, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia law were discussed in the closed meeting to which this certification applies, and two, only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meetings were heard, discussed, or considered by the Loudoun County School Board.
