I'm calling to order the Finance and Operations Committee. Forgive me, I had something up on my screen and it just disappeared. I have here with me Ms. Riccardi and Mr. Pepper today. I'm checking to see if there is any public comment, no public comment for today. [00:00:23] Okay, thank you so much. I just want to pull up my, just disappeared. so hold on one second okay so since we have no public comment we will start with our minutes from March 17th which is item number two could I please have a motion to approve the March 17th meeting minutes so moved second the motion has been made by Miss Riccardi and seconded by mr. pepper is there any discussion [00:00:59] all those in favor please raise your hands and say aye all those opposed please say nay aye aye aye the motion passes unanimously with all committee members present let's move on to our items starting with consent items uh do i have any i have a second madam chair i move um the approval of the items on the consent consent agenda second any other discussion okay so [00:01:39] all those in favor of sending them to the board say aye aye aye and then we can move on to our Action items starting with 5.01, Business and Financial Services Renewal of RFP R21268 Security Guard Services. [00:02:00] Thank you. I don't have anything new to add from the last meeting unless you have additional questions or information that you need prior to making your vote. Thank you. [00:02:16] Any discussion? Yes, Mr. Pepper. Madam Chair, this is an action item. I believe we have to make a motion before we can discuss it. So I will make a motion that, let me open it up correctly. [00:02:33] There we go. I move that the Finance and Operations Committee place this item on the school board consent agenda and recommend the Loudoun County School Board renews RFP number R21-268 Security Guard Services to Allied Corporation from July 1, 2026 through June 30th, 2027. [00:02:57] Thank you. Any discussion? Thank you, Ms. Riccardi. I'll second that first. Second that first. And it has been so moved by Mr. Pepper and Ms. Riccardi. Thank you. Any discussion? [00:03:14] Ms. Riccardi. Thank you, Madam Chair. I just want to thank you guys for letting me take the extra couple weeks just to review the contract again. And this is obviously a pretty hotbed topic. And I guess I had a couple of questions. And Mr. Clark, this might be for you, But they're like, yes, please. [00:03:34] So we're on the last year of this renewal. So has there been a review yet of the performance on this contract thus far? Yes, we review it on a regular basis. Specifically, we meet quarterly with allied executives to go over the status of the contract and the performance. [00:03:54] Okay. And then are those, is that performance ever presented, you know, positively or negatively or whatever? or is any of that feedback provided to the board or the committee at any point in time during the contract? I don't know what the normal process is for how those are reviewed. [00:04:10] I'll add procurement. Okay. At this time, they do their quarterly reviews with the group, and then if there are any areas of concern, those areas of concern are brought to procurement for procurement to follow up from a contractual perspective. We have not received any such concerns, therefore no additional action has been taken. [00:04:30] We do not have a process in place like where we report back on any specific contract to the school board other than making you aware for issuing and awarding a new contract or doing the renewal. Okay, thanks. So this is kind of more of a procedural thing. [00:04:46] And then I guess what I want to just kind of maybe say and then ask as well, having read this, I think it's just really important for the public to understand that, and as far as I understand, this contract is actually not really for security per se like our SROs, but it's really more about vestibule and visitor management at our schools and includes all elementary, middle, and high schools? [00:05:08] So the first part of your question is yes, it is all about visitor management. The second part is no, it is not at all middle and high schools. Is it at all the elementary? Yes. So all of the elementary and then some of the middle and high schools? [00:05:24] Correct. Depending on what their staffing needs? Correct. Okay, because I kind of see this more as like in government terms, we use the phrase staff augmentation. So if the school doesn't have enough people to manage, then we have the allied folks there. [00:05:41] Is that my understanding? Pretty much. Okay. Yeah, there's some nuances involved, but yes. Yeah, I don't need you to get, yeah. Sure, there's safety and security issues around that too. I don't want to disclose, but I just want to, so it's all elementary and then some middle and high schools. Okay, great. Thank you so much. Mr. Pepper. [00:05:58] Thank you, Madam Chair. I just want to follow up with Mr. Clark really quickly. When allied personnel are not present, who handles the visitor management at our schools? That would fall to a front office staff member. Okay. Usually like an attendant secretary or someone who's actually an LCPS employee? [00:06:18] That's correct. Okay. In addition to their additional roles that they have to handle within the front office, is that correct? Correct. Okay. Just out of curiosity, and I don't know if you know this off the top of your head because I'm sure it varies greatly, what is the typical number of visitors that like perhaps an elementary or a middle or high school would get per day? [00:06:38] So that's a great question. - It varies based on the school. So we have some schools that may get a couple hundred visitors in a six month period and others that get in the thousands. It just varies based on the school. [00:06:55] I don't have specific numbers right now, but it does vary widely. - Okay, and then last question, I promise. What determines whether a middle or a high school qualifies for an allied security personnel? - So it was something that was determined the contract was first initiated five years ago and so we have not revisited that we have not added any other positions at the middle and high school level do you know what made that determination or not it was a combination of factors we put out a survey in terms of who needs the [00:07:30] support to effectively run visitor management in their school and so the school selected did say indicate that they needed the support thank you thank you. I also just wanted to add that I've been speaking to constituents about this. One in particular mentioned to me that why don't we just hire admins that are up at the front to help the staff? Because one of the guards they used to have in this particular elementary school [00:08:04] was on the phone the whole time as he walked around and checked doors, was playing on his phone and just basically check people in. The other issue is, and I think not as many middle schools have them, correct? [00:08:20] It's more so the elementary schools. All the elementary schools have them? That's correct. I thought they might have been in some of the middle schools. Any middle schools you can think of? No, as I just stated, they are in some middle schools. [00:08:36] They are in some, but about how many? I believe we are in approximately two middle schools at this time. Two. Oh, okay. Yeah, I was actually surprised they weren't in the middle schools. And my understanding is from one principal I spoke to, he had mentioned that they don't interview. [00:09:00] They come through Allied, they come through you. They had somebody there. it did not work out and they just decided not to replace the person because they don't interview so that I think that's another issue not that you would necessarily look at but I think that's an issue because maybe I don't know if the principal should or the staff should have an opportunity to meet with the person first and give you the okay or hire somebody well it would go through [00:09:34] allied, so it would be through you. But that's some of the feedback that I've gotten, that they they're on their phones, all they do is check people in. The other issue is sometimes, I think this is rare, that they don't speak English. So as far as that goes, what are your requirements through the contract to hire some of these people to sit up front? So you've levied a lot of accusations there. So they do have to speak English to work visitor management at a school. [00:10:10] Some of the other items that you brought up, you're correct. Principals don't participate in the interview process and neither do we. They're strictly hired by the contract, in this case allied. And that's pretty standard with contracts of this nature. The contracting company is the one that does the hiring. But as I stated, we meet at a minimum on a quarterly basis to discuss performance but we are in conversations almost daily with their supervisory chain to address issues like you just brought up and forgive me these are just items that were brought up to me [00:10:47] when i visit the schools i i i was just told i i have no idea i had no idea so i just wanted to bring up those items and thank you for addressing those and when does this contract uh need to be renewed again it'll be effective july 1 it'll be and so it needs to go through today it needs to go through uh this month yes okay all right thank you any other questions oh mr pepper yes thank you madam chair um and maybe this is for miss willoughby and i know miss boland is not with us today um because it might be a question for her as well um and perhaps you know it's really more [00:11:25] of a financial question do we know what the hourly rate is for um one of our like an average hourly rate for an administrative assistant of some kind in the front office of a school? For example, not necessarily a principal secretary, maybe like an attendance secretary or someone who would be there. I don't know that off the top of my head, but what I can share is that for LCPS to have our employees, there's also the additional cost of the benefits. And typically for that level [00:12:00] of a position the cost of the benefits can range from about 30 to 35 percent of the comp of just the salary piece so that's what also makes those positions more costly than perhaps contracting out through a third party that's that's kind of where I was headed so thank you miss Willoughby and so the other question I have that's kind of a piggyback on that is how many particularly the elementary level how many sort of administrative assistants do we have I know for example at my daughter school there's I believe an attendance secretary a principal secretary and perhaps [00:12:36] like one other at the elementary school level we have our staffing standards and so at a minimum there would be at least one and then depending on the size of the school they may earn additional front office support depending on their size and they're often doing multiple things like registrar attendance sometimes they have to juggle multiple roles because of the size of the school exactly that's why um it's typically tiered even for our secondary schools that the size of the school um typically determines how many additional clerical support positions you have appreciate it [00:13:09] thank you any other discussion okay um may i have a motion to approve 5.01 which is voting madam chair um if there's no more discussion it's an action okay yep aye aye aye um so i guess that will go ahead to the school board. Thank you. Now we can move on to 5.02. Business and [00:13:47] financial services, new policy 4190, other post-employment benefits, OPB funding, OPEB funding. Thank you. As with the previous item, a motion first, please. Do I have, do I have a motion to proceed? Madam Chair, I move that the Finance and Operations Committee recommend that the Loudoun County School Board adopt the new policy 4190, other post-employment benefits, OPEB funding. [00:14:24] Thank you. Do I have a second? Second. Thank you. I guess we will now move on to 5.02 and discuss the business and financial services new policy, 4190, other post-employment benefits, OPEB funding. Thank you. Madam Chair, may I start? Sure. Thank you. So where we had left off, and perhaps this is a question from Ms. Willoughby, was there are two amendments that are on the table. [00:14:58] Do we have to remake those amendments, or where are we exactly in this process? So I think that's a good question as to where to start. We had incorporated, in bringing this back to the committee, we incorporated those pending amendments at the school board into the red line version, and so the motion that you have Red would include those amendments already in that policy. So no additional action needed Do they include both both my amendment and mrs. Griffith's amendment or is it just my amendment? [00:15:39] So we had attached in board docs what the Possible amendments were and my understanding is that is what is what we have included into the red line And so I'll just try to put a quick eye on it to make sure I believe it looks like it's just my amendment [00:16:04] not mrs. Griffith's amendment if that's correct i'm looking at b3 are they both there correct just in the red line version madam chair so it would start on line 43 because i believe it was all around that section um b3 and providing additional clarification regarding the makeup of the investment committee um and so it the the red line version has um the information about the makeup of the committee as well as [00:16:44] information of how the county has the discretion of who sits on the committee that they set the makeup of the committee. I believe that did capture what Yes, Ms. Riccardi. [00:17:03] I think it includes yours. I don't think it includes yours. I seem to remember I made the amendment but then Mr. Pepper we cleaned it up a little bit so I think they're both incorporated together. Is that correct? Yeah, I believe that's it. [00:17:24] And just to be clear as far as why it came back to committee, just clarify for me, did it go through the previous board? Because it went right to the school board without it coming through here for this committee. No. [00:17:39] As we discussed at the last committee meeting, this was brought through F&O committee, and then it went to the school board in January. I believe it went through committee either like November or December. When it went to the full board in January, it was returned to the committee. [00:17:56] So it did not bypass the committee and did not go straight to the school board. It went through the committee process. What date was that? Do you have a date on that? Because I don't recall seeing it. November 4th and December 9th. [00:18:11] Oh, so it went through twice? Yeah, it was brought as information on November 4th to this committee and then returned as an action on December 9th where it was referred to the full school board on January 13th, and then also reviewed again on the 28th, when it was referred back to committee. [00:18:31] - Well, with regard to that, I didn't recall seeing it, but as far as the new committee goes, I felt it was important that they have more of a look at it now that we have a new committee. And that was my question as far as if it was adopted before. [00:18:50] My issue with it and why I also wanted to come back and have them look at it again is it has significant financial ramifications regarding benefits and so on. The previous board, we had a different member that would have been part of the OPEB, and I'm not sure he ever attended any meetings because it came through the committee. [00:19:15] So I'll be attending the first meeting to see exactly what's going on, but I think it's a big deal when you're dealing with retirement benefits. So that's why I wanted it to come back. And thank you so much for that. And I wanted to see if you guys got a chance to really scrutinize it and have any other questions about it, because it did come back. [00:19:38] Ms. Riccardi. Thank you, Madam Chair. So I just want to say on line 51 was where the, Ms. Griffiths, your amendment is not reflected in here. so this is your amendment in here but it is not your amendment just so you know and it's just in line 51 it would be an adjustment of just saying and a representative from the Loudoun County School Board and then in parentheses you have i.e. the committee chair of the school board's finance and operations committee would just need to be added if you were to do that so that would include both of your amendments into what I would hope to be a friendly amendment [00:20:16] and if you're good with that you want me to make it? That's absolutely please make that okay yes if we can make that change yeah i'd appreciate that i'll make a motion then to add online um 51 has a friendly amendment um it'll start with the and and then it will continue at the very last uh two lines of miss griffith's amendment so it says a representative from the loudon county school board in parentheses i.e the committee chair of the school board's finance and operations committee and parentheses parentheses thank you Any other discussion? [00:20:55] Do you want to make a second? I'll second that. Thank you. So I guess we will, if we're all okay now, after reviewing. I believe it's a friendly amendment. We don't actually have to vote on it. What was that? I'm sorry? It's a friendly amendment, so we don't have to vote on the friendly amendment. Not the amendment itself, but with the amendment, we're going to make the changes. [00:21:12] If you are both okay with it going to the board. I do have a couple questions. Oh, sure. No, go ahead. Go ahead, Mr. Pepper. So I'm curious. And these are actually recommendations from MSAC, so I just would love so that they get a chance to see if they have answers. Really about the 70% threshold, which is in kind of Section C on the funding guidelines. [00:21:37] They had asked about how and when the 70% threshold was established and if it's still applicable. So just a little clarification on how that number was determined and maybe where we are in the process and what happens if it still makes sense. [00:21:59] So just a little clarification would just be super helpful. Sure. Because I will tell you that I'm not an expert on OPEB. So the 70% funding threshold basically is indicating that the value of the future benefit that we are responsible for paying for, that we have in very simple terms, that we've got 70% of the cash in the bank. [00:22:21] When we hit that 70% threshold, then we're able to begin making withdrawals from the OPEB funding to pay for the retiree benefits. Right now, it is solely set up as what I would just call a deposit account. We are just continuously making deposits, and we being Loudoun County, because they make the appropriation directly for our OPEB funding, into the OPEB fund. [00:22:48] And right now, I believe we ended the last fiscal year that we were at about 60%. So we have not reached 70%. The 70% threshold was established. It's, you could say it's a best practice in terms of what a significant level or sufficient level of funding is. [00:23:07] It was a recommendation from our actuary. And then also, this is mirrored what the county had in their policy as well. So we were just all being aligned in that manner. So, again, once we hit the 70%, then we can have discussions, and we would have discussions at the OPEP Investment Committee with the county staff in terms of beginning to make withdrawals and then also perhaps the county not having to continue to make as large as a deposit as they have every year. [00:23:41] Right now they contribute $12 million per year to our OPEP funding. And then eventually, somewhere down the road, once we hit 100%, then they would no longer have to contribute that funding on our behalf. So that's, I mean, thank you for explaining kind of the 7% is the best practice. [00:24:00] I think that's the nugget I was hoping to hear. What happens if, say, we get to 70%, we start making, you know, the withdrawals, and then we're saying we're at like 72%, then we drop back below the threshold. What happens in that situation? So I believe the recommendation would be that just because we hit 70 percent would not necessarily, it would not be my recommendation that we, you know, ask the county to stop making deposits. [00:24:26] You know, we want to really, really aim for the 100 percent. It just gives ourself and the county some flexibility, you know, moving forward. This has actually happened with the county where they hit 70 percent and they did begin making withdrawals. [00:24:42] and then they dipped below, and so then they stopped making the withdrawals and continued to just do deposits only. So that is similar to what we would do if we were to hit above 70% and we began to make withdrawals and we dropped below, then we would stop making withdrawals until we had the sufficient cash in the fund. [00:25:02] How would that situation affect our retirees? It does not. It doesn't? It does not. If right now we, per our policy, which is a separate policy about retiree benefits, that this is not what this policy is about that policy drives what the benefit is that we provide to our retirees and it's a closed plan meaning that anyone hired today or actually anyone that was hired after I think it's 2013 or 2014 is not eligible they are not eligible for the retiree benefit it's a closed plan meaning only for those employees that were hired prior to that [00:25:40] date well over a decade ago are eligible so it's it's easier for us in our actuary to compute what that future value of that benefit is going to be and I just lost track of what your question was I'm sorry that was helpful um I so then the other the other thing was there's a little bit more in there I'm not super concerned about defining the funding strategy which was the other I'm that comment I think that this is spelled out pretty nicely the way it's [00:26:10] design um there was a little bit um um from the equity committee about um the goal of fiscal integrity versus adding affordability for all participants can you just elaborate on why that doesn't necessarily make sense in terms of this policy because it's about just funding a pot of money basically exactly this policy is really about securing the funding and the strategy to ensure that we have the funds in the future to support the benefit that is outlined in another policy. [00:26:48] In terms of affordability, as we administer with HRTD benefits for active and retirees, affordability for our employees and retirees is always one of the top priorities. [00:27:03] But sometimes in challenging markets, it can be difficult, as evidenced by, you know, We've had several years where we've had to increase our premiums, but it is something that we definitely take into consideration and have as a top priority to try to have a very affordable plan. [00:27:19] Yeah, so like we've said before, this is just about the creation of a of a basically a pot of money and not about how that pot of money is being used. Correct. Thank you. Mr. Cordy. Thank you so much. So if we hit the 70 percent, that's when you said we can start making contributions. [00:27:41] Right. And so what is the goal for us? I mean, how, how much beyond the 70% are we looking to get to in order to be, and I'm going to say kind of in a comfortable place. I know that the actuary said 70%. I'm an overachiever. So I'd like to see something maybe a little bit more than that. [00:27:58] But what's, what's the safe, the real safe number and goal that we're really trying to get to with this fund? So first it's, it's, I think you had a flip flop. Once we hit 70%, we can begin making withdrawals. But I agree of wanting to be an overachiever, also being more conservative. [00:28:17] It wouldn't necessarily be we hit 70 or 75. It'd be a more complex analysis and wanting to look at what do the trends look like. What are we seeing when we look five years out with pharmacy costs? What are we seeing happening in the health care market? [00:28:34] What are we seeing with claims, utilization? So it'd be looking at a number of factors, one just being that that threshold is more of like a green light to begin looking deeper at that in that manner. And who's doing that analysis? [00:28:52] So we have our financial analytics team. We also have that looks at the data. They work collaboratively with human resources and talent development, the benefits team. We also have our Cigna, our insurance providers, as well as our actuary and our consultants. [00:29:09] So we have a full team of experts from different lenses looking at the information. So it's staff, it's Cigna, and the actuaries all looking at it. And then how often are they evaluating? Well, we get an actuarial report on an annual basis. [00:29:26] We get an annual report from our health care provider, but there's also regular ongoing meetings. In terms of internal financial analysis, it's ongoing to where we also do, like, monthly internal reports. So they are closely watching what is happening, especially with medical claims and pharmacy claims. [00:29:46] Because, you know, as you know, as I mentioned earlier, we've had to do increases to our premiums. We've had to transfer our year-end funding into our self-insurance fund. So it is something that we are looking at very closely. Okay. I think that might be a data point. [00:30:03] In our next meeting, in the PMC meeting, we're talking about a school board dashboard and building that, and that may be on the finance side, one of those numbers or series of numbers that we want to track from a school board perspective, too. Thank you so much. Thank you. Again, I just want to clarify that I really needed clarity for this new committee. [00:30:25] The ramifications of this for the retirement benefits are huge. Also, I do recall we discussed issues with prescriptions and that sort of thing. So I want to make sure we're on top of this, and that's why it was brought back. [00:30:43] And I want to thank you again for all the clarity on this new committee that's going to meet. The next one's going to, first one's going to meet in Leesburg. This is brand new. So if it did come through in November, and I think you said December, not a lot of clarification that, you know, what the involvement was. [00:31:03] Although I do know that the previous committee was very concerned with the benefits and all the changes with the benefits. So thank you for that. And are there any other questions? Okay, so seeing none, we will proceed to a vote. [00:31:20] This is an action item today. All those in favor of sending it to this school board, say aye. Aye. Thank you, and we'll go ahead and do that. And next items are information items, so we'll move on to that. [00:31:35] 6.01, support services easement for water line of Loudoun County High School. Thank you. Thank you. So in December of last year, the town of Leesburg did some work to the underground water service at Loudoun County High School. [00:31:52] And so they made some minor changes to the work that was performed was a little bit outside of the existing easement. So they've requested an amended easement, so the documentation would now reflect existing conditions, which is important for us to do. So we have reviewed the documents as well as Division Council and recommend approval. [00:32:14] Thank you. Is there any discussion? No discussion. So I, oops, I hit my microphone. I guess we'll move on to, since that is an information item, I guess it'll come back to us again as an action. [00:32:30] Let's move on to 6.02, Teaching and Learning, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, LCPS Agreement with FCPS. [00:32:51] Good afternoon. This information item relates to Loudoun County Public Schools' requirement to notify Fairfax County Public Schools no later than June 1, 2026 of our intent to continue sending students to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology for the 27-28 academic year. [00:33:11] The application process for students seeking admission for TJ for the 27-28 school year will begin in September of 2026. The school board will review and take action on the actual contract for the 27-28 school year in the fall of 2026. [00:33:29] The staff recommendation is that this committee recommend renewal of the LCPS contract with Fairfax County Public Schools to continue sending LCPS students to Thomas Jefferson High School for the 27-28 school year, that LCPS continue to provide transportation as it has previously done, and that this item be forwarded to the full school board as an information item. [00:33:55] I am joined this afternoon by Wendy King, Supervisor of Gifted Education, and we are here to answer any questions you may have related to this item. Thank you. Any discussion? Looks like I see none. No discussion on Thomas Jefferson? Doesn't look like any discussion. My personal view is it's a top school in the country. And, you know, my thought is to continue with the contract. But I did have one question as far as this always comes up, Mr. Lewis, the transportation. [00:34:31] where how many spots are there for transportation I'm just curious um I know I know of one but how many are there uh to transport these students to Thomas Jefferson so I'm not sure that spots is the right definition so anyone that gets locations right so we we run shuttle buses and we have a total of eight buses that transport students to Thomas Jefferson and so I don't know how many actual students that attend there from Loudoun County the folks behind me can answer that so so what we have right now is enough students that are riding eight buses oh so it's eight buses [00:35:09] but not different locations for pickups or we have hub stops we we have them and i don't have those memorized but they're at different high schools so students that attend thomas jefferson will get themselves to the hub stops and then we'll take them to the to the school okay all right um and if oh yes please add to that thank you just add from last year because we have this question uh this was last year's um we had 11 hub stops and i do have those listed um but e-bus is accurate thank you um that was did you have a question mr cordy thank you so much so you know [00:35:44] i'm noticing here that um how is the cost of tuition at tj rising as um the lcps costs are rising here are we is it kind of keeping up or is it ahead of where um where we're at here in loud and is it rising faster i'm not really sure where where we are on the tuition piece of this do we have any thoughts on that and i can certainly follow up separately if we don't i believe in [00:36:22] board docs there's an attachment that shows the history of the the invoice going back to fiscal 14 and then there's a column on the very end that highlights the tuition increase and you can see um how it's really fluctuated um year over year beyond just drawing your attention to that i think we could like look a little closer to see if we have any additional clarity of what what may have driven the the changes and then i think i also heard just a comparison of their tuition compared [00:36:55] to our tuition um changes we could have that for the when this goes to the full board and include it in board docs yeah because i see the table in here i just yeah i was just curious about that i mean TJ is a great school and I'm glad that it's an option for our students here in Loudoun County for sure and so I want to make sure that we're just really kind of staying on top of that aspect of things thank you any more discussion and with that I guess do we want to add this to the consent for our next meeting [00:37:33] so this item was would be slated to return as information I or would not return would go to information um at the next school board meeting well consent for this finance committee can we do that and then it goes to the or it's just going to leave us and go just madam chair are we in a crunch of a time i don't think we're in a crunch timeline are we it's just got to be approved um well what did you say the date was you're correct it would come back as yeah okay as consent and if i may go back to the previous item same thing sorry about that um if we could [00:38:12] put that on consent as well um there was no discussion on those so if you guys are okay with that it'll come back as consent thank you um and with that i think we're at the end let's see unless you anybody has new business oh yes mr carty thank you madam chair i guess two things number one um i don't want us to lose sight of the conversation we had the last two meetings around the C on and the budget pieces and so I guess I would love to get an [00:38:47] update on where we are on that and what that looks like and if we need to have any work sessions around that getting feedback from the board etc on that item so perfect timing I met with the superintendent today actually to go over the budget the our five-year projection that I had shared that we're doing for the first time since we got information from the county feedback from this committee and as I had shared we are slated to have the school board budget work session on May 12th I know you had indicated the desire of having like a [00:39:24] poll and I just wonder if to support you know the transparent budget process if you wanted to share what information what questions you would want to have discussed with the full board we could incorporate that as part of that work session on may 12th okay you can do that okay i mean it i think that um it's it's already april so we've got it's in basically a month the meeting is basically in a month okay so i i will commit to having something for our next um fno committee meeting i think that'd be good for us to take a look at it first anyway that's just my opinion though i'm one of three so but i think that it'd [00:40:04] be really good for us to maybe take a look at a framework for that perhaps before it goes to the board i'll commit to that there was something else but i forgot what it was so i'm good well i'm absolutely in agreement with that i mr pepper you're in agreement okay yeah we're in agreement with that as far as anything that has to do with um taking a look at the budget ahead of time so maybe we can work some kinks out you know ahead of time so we don't have a hard time at the end So I'm okay with that. [00:40:41] And unless there's no new business, I guess we can adjourn for today. Thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Coraggio Consulting ยท aguyonx.com
