This is the August 25th, 2026 Select Committee of the School Board. I move that the Loudoun County School Board recesses this public meeting and enter into a closed meeting pursuant to Code 2.2-3712 of the Code of Virginia for the following purposes. [00:00:23] Discussion or consideration of matters that would involve the disclosure of information contained in a scholastic record concerning a student, namely a parent request for an LCPS student to be granted a waiver of the Virginia high school league transfer rule 28 a dash seven dash one, which is authorized by code 2.2 dash 3711 subsection a two of the code of Virginia.
